The earthy richness of the flour that comes from a fine grind of the Floriani kernels adds depth to waffles, pancakes, breads and muffins. 



This prized milling corn from the Valsugana region of northern Italy once fed generations of Italians living in the foothills of the Alps, but by the time it was brought to the United States, it had nearly been lost. Ruby red with a fantastically rich and earthy taste, Floriani corn is still quite rare. We are excited to share it with you! We mill our corn into polenta, cornmeal and corn flour - perfect for a multitude of dishes, guaranteed to delight.
